In the afternoon, the light snowfall along the main alpine crest will ease off, but it will often remain cloudy. Further south, however, a northerly foehn will clear the clouds and it will remain mainly sunny.

The highest temperatures range from 8° to 17°.
Next evolution
Wednesday will bring a mix of clouds and sunny spells, with the north foehn wind dying down.
On Thursday, patches of low-lying fog in the morning will clear quickly, after which it will be mainly sunny.
Friday promises plenty of sunshine, with clear skies for much of the day.
Saturday will bring plenty of clouds and only a little sunshine.

A north-easterly flow is bringing air masses that are, in some cases, more humid and cooler to South Tyrol.
Snowfall is easing off along the main alpine crest, whilst the sun will continue to shine towards the south-east. It is noticeably colder than it has been recently and windy.
Mountain weather tomorrow
An Italian low-pressure system is shifting slightly westwards, bringing in moist air masses via a south-easterly flow.
Clouds often obscure the view, but the sun does shine from time to time. The wind is blowing at a moderate to strong pace from the east.
