Booking
Room reservations are only considered to be binding once we have issued written confirmation.
Dogs
Small dogs are permitted on request. Please bring your own blanket or basket. Any damage will be invoiced to you.
Motorcyclist
Bikers are welcome! From Naz you can start your tours into the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage and throughout South Tyrol. Your bike is safe in our free garage!
Smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking establishment - you are welcome to smoke outside.
Cancellation?
Cancellations are unpleasant - for you and for us! If we can re-let your room we will not charge any cancellation fees. Cancellations, late arrival and early departure must be notified immediately. The following cancellation charges apply:
• Up to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date no charge is made
• Up to 15 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 40% of the total amount
• Up to 8 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 60% of the total amount
• Within 8 days of the booked arrival date we charge 70% of the total amount
• In the case of late arrival or early departure the respective days are also charged at 70% of the daily price
To avoid incurring costs we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.
